Amico Island Park sits at the point where Rancocas Creek flows into the Delaware River. Color-marked trails circle the peninsula, opening onto overlooks and small sandy access points along the water.

On a clear day the Philadelphia skyline shows across the river, and one viewing area looks out toward nesting great blue herons. The full loop takes about an hour and a half at an easy pace.
