Millions of immigrants processed at Ellis Island boarded trains here to start their lives across the country. The restored terminal sits at the north end of Liberty State Park, with its old tracks and platforms still in place and the skyline directly across the water.

It is free to walk around. Dogs must be kept on a leash during your visit.
