Cloverdale Farm was a working cranberry and tree farm for over 50 years before Ocean County turned it into a park, and that history is still visible in the bogs, sorting house, and reconstructed farmhouse that now serves as the visitor center. The main loop is about 1.5 miles, flat and easy, and red-blazed, and makes for a solid 45-minute walk rather than a big hike. Leashed dogs are welcome on the trails. It's a quieter pick than some of the bigger county parks, good if your dog does better without a lot of foot traffic, and the cranberry bog views are genuinely worth the drive out.
