Cool Beans is a genuine LBI local favorite, tucked into Bay Village next to Country Kettle Chowda and backing up to Crust n Crumb bakery. It's coffee-focused, with gourmet blends, cold brew, specialty drinks, and take-home beans, with not much else on the menu. Fido is welcome at a couple of pet-friendly outdoor tables, though there's no table service, so your dog will need to wait outside while you order inside. A nice bonus for dog owners: there's an unofficial dog beach on the bay side just south of Taylor Avenue
