Know before you go

  • a maximum 6-foot leash is mandatory everywhere in the park
  • From Memorial Day through early October, dogs cannot go on the main lifeguarded ocean swimming beaches
  • Pets are allowed on the sand and non-swimming areas (such as south of the main swimming beaches) throughout the summer
