Loulou is a French bistro on the corner of 19th Street and 8th Avenue, named after founder Mathias Van Leyden's rescue dog. It serves French classics for lunch, brunch, and dinner upstairs, with a lower-level speakeasy and cocktail bar. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor seating and in two fully enclosed, heated outdoor "cabana" shacks along the street.

The dog menu includes four chef-prepared dishes. You can choose between steak, burger, chicken, or salmon, served in a ceramic dish with vegetables and a pupsicle for dessert
