This is the one real park in the small barrier-island community of Ortley Beach, sitting right on Barnegat Bay rather than the ocean side. It's compact but well-equipped: two fenced tennis courts, two handball courts, a basketball court, a children's playground, and a restroom facility, all renovated in recent years. As part of Toms River Township, leashed dogs are welcome per the township's standard park ordinance
