Polar Cub is a walk-up ice cream stand that has drawn Hunterdon and Somerset County families for decades. The creamy soft serve comes in rotating flavors and twists, and the menu includes frozen cups made for dogs. Seating is outdoors, at a small covered pavilion or by your car.

The stand is seasonal and usually opens for the year in mid-March.
