Off-Leash Parks and Parks and Nature

Stevens Park

A historic city park near the Hoboken waterfront, with lawns, playgrounds, a splash area, athletic facilities, and a dedicated dog run.

Take Me There

Stevens Park occupies a full block between Hudson Street and the waterfront side of Hoboken. The park has grassy lawns, playgrounds for different age groups, a seasonal water-play area, a multi-sport turf field, batting cages, and the Sergeant William Fesken Memorial Little League Field. Its mature trees and older layout give it more of a traditional neighborhood-park feel than many of Hoboken’s newer waterfront spaces. The fenced dog run sits along the park’s edge and is the only part of Stevens Park where dogs are allowed off leash.
