This is the second location of The Caffeine Haven, joining the original Howell shop, and it's settled into downtown Toms River with the same cozy, exposed-brick, indie-coffeehouse feel. Regulars praise the brown sugar cinnamon latte and blueberry muffins, plus a monthly rotating art display that features local artists. It gets quiet early morning and picks up around 10:30 AM, with four small tables inside for reading, working, or chatting. A children's play area is also on-site.
