The Mall at Short Hills is one of New Jersey's best-known luxury shopping destinations, clean, calm, and easy to get around. Small dogs are allowed inside when carried in a pet carrier.

It is a climate-controlled option for toy breeds and small dogs who travel well in a bag. Larger dogs will need to sit this one out.
